At Campus Vibes, we know you’re excited to receive your dorm room essentials and start making your space feel like home. We work hard to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
- Most orders are delivered within 10–18 business days from the date of shipment.
- Delivery times can vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and seasonal demand (especially during back-to-school periods).
- We use reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.
Please note: These are estimated delivery windows. While we do our best to meet them, occasional delays can occur due to high order volume, weather, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience as a new and growing student-focused brand.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders above $50 within the United States.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or app. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Delayed or Lost Packages
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, please allow extra time before contacting us.
- If your order is lost in transit, contact us at hello@campusvibes.us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement/refund.
Changing or Canceling an Order
We begin processing orders quickly, so we can only cancel or modify an order if you contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to stop the order from shipping.
